Terms of Service

Tanutra AI generates narrated explainer videos from the prompts you write and the files you upload. You need an account with a confirmed email address to use it.

• New accounts get 5 Takes — 5 minutes of video, free.
• Renders are paid for with Takes: one Take per minute of finished video, rounded up, whatever the format. A video under a minute costs one. Takes are sold at a single price of $1.50 each, in any quantity from 10.
• You are charged only when a render finishes. A failed render costs nothing.
• Credits do not expire and are not refundable once spent on a completed render.
• Payments are processed by Stripe under their terms.

You keep ownership of everything you upload and of the videos generated for you. You grant us only the permission needed to store your files and generate, store and deliver your videos. You are responsible for having the rights to what you upload.

You may not use Tanutra AI to create or distribute content that:

• infringes someone else's copyright, trademark or other rights;
• is deceptive, defamatory, or impersonates a real person or organisation;
• is unlawful, harassing, or sexually explicit;
• attempts to breach the security of the service or of other accounts.

Prompts and uploads pass an automated content check. We may remove content and suspend accounts that breach these rules.

Videos generated from your upload are grounded in that file, and claims are checked against it. Videos generated from a prompt reflect what you told us. Automated generation is not a substitute for your own review — check a video before you publish it.

The service is provided as is. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, and to the extent permitted by law our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the previous twelve months.

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced in the app. You may close your account at any time. We may suspend an account that breaches these terms.
